Make & Take 2 Infused Honey - $25

Location: Prison City North Street, 251 North St, Auburn, NY 13021

Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm

About the workshop:

- Join us to concoct your own infused honey mixture using spices, flowers, herbs, and other ingredients!
- Materials will be provided to make and take home two 8oz jars of honey (12 oz honey weight)
- Materials will be provided to decorate gift tags and labels for your jars
- A stainless-steel strainer will be provided to take home with you, to strain your honey once it's done infusing
- A sample of mead will be provided to those aged 21+
- Cans of mead or mugs of warm mulled mead will be available for purchase during the workshop
- While we work, learn about honey, mead, and the ways that herbal infusions have been used for centuries to provide seasoning and medicine to food and beverages
- Make a jar for yourself and one to give as a holiday gift! Or keep them both...

Note:
We are running this workshop on two dates in two locations. This workshop is Dec 13th at Prison City North Street, which will run during the Prison City Holiday Village.
